 For most purchases on the NYC Ticket Machine you will simply print your vouchers at the conclusion of your transaction - simple, easy and quick!
In some cases, tickets and vouchers will be sent to you via standard US postal service to valid US addresses. You may opt to have your purchase shipped to you by an expedited service, such as Federal Express or DHL, to an address in the continental US for an additional fee. If you purchase several options the same day you will only pay once for expedited shipping. Orders will be sent the same day for transactions made by 3pm Eastern US time Monday - Friday. Orders received after 3pm, or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be sent the following business day.

Orders placed outside of the United States will be delivered by courier service to a Manhattan hotel. Orders cannot be delivered by any other method. There is an additional charge for this service.
