"Hello New York Vacation Packages,
I had a great time on my tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on 7/12/12. especially enjoyed it because of our tour guide Hal. e was very helpful in telling us about the tour places, but also places for us to visit throughout Manhattan or the other four burroughs. al is a great tour guide and you can tell he loves to share his knowledge. Many thanks to Hal and NYC Vacation Tours. would definitely recommend to anyone I hear of coming to New York in the future to check you guys out.
Very Sincerely," Valarie S. Columbia, SC 7/14/12
"Dear NYCTrip,
I just received an email from my client Amber G. in regards to how her New York City trip was this past week. She wanted me to let you know how WONDERFUL Hal was with the Freedom Comprehensive Tour. She and her family were late arriving for the beginning of the tour and missed the first part with Ground Zero 9-11 Memorial. They were able to meet up with the group for the Statue of Liberty and Hal met them the next day for the portion they missed. I believe this is going above and beyond.
She also gave negative feedback on the Hop-on-Hop-off tour. If you could please pass along both the good and the bad to the appropriate people that would be great. Thanks," Elaine, Louisville KY 7/13/12
"I want to tell you what an amazing guide Hal was for our tour. Our girls were too young to remember 9/11 but he really helped them understand the magnitude of what happened that day and understand the scope of the tragedy. He also did a great job of showing the spirit of NYC as they have rebuilt and move on but never forgetting those lives lost. Thank you so much! Sincerely," Shay H., Winston Salem NC 7/7/12
"We took the WTC Memorial and Lower Manhattan Tour with Michael Dillinger last Saturday (June 23 – 9-12am). He is a well-informed and delightful person and conducts a group tour with grace[ a ]delightful person ...not an easy task. We will definitely try to book another tour with him when we are back in New York. Thanks, Michael" Mary H
