Vouchers are sent to you via standard US postal service to valid US addresses. You may opt to have your purchase shipped to you by an expedited service, such as Federal Express or DHL, to an address in the continental US for an additional fee. If you purchase several options the same day you will only pay once for expedited shipping. Orders will be sent the same day for transactions made by 3pm Eastern US time Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3pm, or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be sent the following business day.
- Standard US Mail -- allow 7-10 days.
- 2-3 Business Day Delivery -- shipped via Federal Express or UPS (at our discretion). Not valid for PO Box addresses.
- Next Business Day Delivery -- shipped via Federal Express or UPS (at our discretion). Not valid for PO Box addresses.
Orders placed outside of the United States will be delivered by courier service to a Manhattan hotel. Orders cannot be delivered by any other method. There is an additional charge for this service. Please note we cannot be responsible for inaccurate or incomplete addresses. Signature may be required for Federal Express or UPS deliveries.
Note: Some restaurants require advance reservations. When purchased as a part of a complete New York City Vacation Package, we will make your dining reservation for you. If you purchase Dining separately, we will provide a number for you to call in advance and make reservations. This will be noted on your voucher. In any case you must present your voucher to the maitre d' or host upon entering the restaurant. All restaurants have pre-set menus. Tax and gratuity is included in the price. Beverages, other than those specified, are not included. Dining vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
Transportation to restaurants is not included unless specifically mentioned. Prices shown may include service fees and shipping/handling fees. Dining options may be purchased via internet only or as part of a vacation package. Telephone orders are not accepted for Dining-Only purchases. Tickets and admissions are sent via US Mail (or via private delivery service for an additional charge) and may be delivered only to valid addresses in the United States. Allow 7-10 days for US Mail delivery. All ticket and admission purchases are strictly non-refundable. NYCVP reserves the right to refuse any purchase if it causes NYCVP to violate any terms of its contractual relationships with its suppliers and/or vendors. Certain purchases may not be valid for large groups. NYCVP is not responsible for non-delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete mailing addresses.
