Since this exquisite view scans directly up Central Park West, you'll be able to watch the entire parade come directly at you before it makes it's way around Columbus Circle, right below! Important Information on Window and Parade Views: NYCVP cannot guarantee unobstructed views of the parade at any function; window views are "first-come, first-served". In order to provide maximum viewing space there is no table seating at the windows. Note that the windows in this venue are very slightly obstructed due to moderate striping. It is the intention of NYCVP to provide comfort and convenience during this special event, including food, private restroom facilities, warmth and indoor protection from the weather. Since streets are closed to traffic and pedestrian crossing, NYCVP will provide instructions for arriving in a timely manner at each event.
This is an inside event. If you do choose to go outside you may be among the many thousands who gather to watch the parade. In the past, the NYPD has allowed guests of the building's parties to view the parade from the sidewalk in front of the Museum of Arts & Design. However there is no guarantee that the sidewalk space will be available solely for the building's guests.
NYCVP considers this a family event. Therefore NYCVP, including its employees and agents, reserves the right to deny access to and/or remove with no refund individuals whom NYCVP deems unruly or disruptive.
