It’s taken me a week to get to this. I’m sorry. I wanted to share with you that our trip was a real joy. Your help was invaluable. You were right – the Hilton was excellent. They were able to give us adjoining rooms – something I hadn’t dared to hope for.
Thank you again for your help. We went to the ESB, the Top of the Rock, Ground Zero, In the Heights, Brooklyn Diner, M&M and Hershey stores plus had our children’s caricatures drawn by corner vendors. Plus we relaxed at night watching the Olympics. Lots of fun. We hope to use your help again in the future. Take care, SC, Cincinnati OH

Thank you so much for making our vacation to NYC so special and effortless! We only experienced one problem, and that was our fault. When we typed the hotel's address into our GPS we had to use 6th Avenue because Avenue of the Americas wasn't listed, and we inadvertently selected 6th Avenue in Brooklyn instead of Manhattan. Needless to say, we got quite the motor tour of the city and two trips through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. In the end, it worked out really well because we got to see parts of the city we wouldn't have otherwise seen. In addition to a great laugh, it gave us a good story to tell when we got home.
The hotel you selected for us was great and so convenient to everything we wanted to do. As a bit of info for you, the parking garage at the Hilton is operated by Central Parking, so we were able to park at the hotel and use our parking certificates with only a small additional charge because of the size of our SUV.
Upon check-in, the clerk knew we were concerned about the bedding being "full" rather than "queen". (I wasn't sure if you had mentioned my concern to them when you secured the reservation?) the clerk graciously offered a roll-away bed if we desired, and insisted on waiving the additional $30/ day charge! However, the room was spacious and lovely, with the bedding very comfortable and more than adequate for us and the kids. It couldn't have been any better! We LOVED The Lion King and all the additional activities you helped us add to our package. We chose to view the Top of the Rock late in the evening and the view with the lights was spectacular! Our son truly enjoyed his graduation trip and hasn't stopped talking about it.
We are so glad we found you and we will certainly recommend you to any friends and family who are planning a trip to the city.
